OPEN POSITIONS
We’d love for you to join our team! We operate two shelters (Castro Valley and Hayward) as well as a Resource Center at each location for the unhoused in our community. Our food pantry operates out of Hayward only. We are looking for people to fill out our team and help with our vision of caring for others and making them feel welcome and at home. Safety Ambassador
Safety Ambassadors help keep our guests, staff, and locations safe and running smoothly. They help in all areas, do patrols, and mitigate any issues that may arise. Requires current CA Guard Card.

Food Pantry Distribution Lead
Our distribution lead coordinates everything having to do with giving out food to hundreds of families per week in the food pantry line.

Case Manager
Case managers help people at the Resource Center, Shelter, and in the community get connected to resources.

Shelter Attendant
Shelter attendants work directly with our guests to make sure they are safe and loved in our programs.
