In 2019, Firm Foundation spearheaded the tiny house village concept on the property of First Presbyterian Church of Hayward with six tiny homes. The project was completed in partnership with Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley, HomeAid Northern California, and CoBuild Construction.

Firm Foundation currently has completed over 94 tiny homes in the East Bay Area since it's conception, and currently has projects underway in Concord, Antioch, Manteca, Vallejo, and Walnut Creek.
